Sun Tan City is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support franchise locations across Tennessee and North Carolina. You will maintain and repair tanning and fitness equipment, ensure facilities are safe and well kept, and work closely with salon staff to minimize downtime.

This hands-on role requires basic electrical knowledge, willingness to learn, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel 1-2 times per month, with occasional extended trips for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and basic electrical knowledge.
• Electrical, mechanical and building materials understanding is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on tanning and fitness equipment.
• Repair and maintain tanning beds and spray booths.
• Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues.
• Replace major and minor equipment components.
• Maintain facility appearance and perform cosmetic repairs.
