Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform emergency and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. The role requires travel to multiple offices and collaboration with other trades to keep facilities compliant and safe.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in automotive, industrial, or hospitality settings and a valid Florida driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in automotive, industrial, or hospitality settings.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for scheduled work and projects.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and proper documentation of activities.
• Report faulty equipment and take corrective actions as directed.
• Assist in training other engineering staff as needed.
• Maintain records to ensure regulatory and facility compliance.
