Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a maintenance-focused team member for our Traveling Cap team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver's license to support multiple communities.

Responsibilities include completing turnover work in vacant units and assisting with various improvement projects such as electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, roofing, and appliance repairs as needed to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of apartment maintenance.
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.).
• Assist in special projects at the community (electrical, HVAC, carpentry, key & lock, painting, landscaping, roofing, window repair, appliance repair).

We are currently seeking a team member to be on our Traveling Cap team in Tampa, Florida.

1. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
2. Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.)
3. Be able to assist in special projects that are needed at a community. For example: electrical, HVAC, carpentry, key & lock, painting, landscaping, roofing, glass/window screen repair & replacement, appliance repair, etc.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses a high school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• 3-5 years experience required.
