Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Brandon/Riverview, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required and EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, making ready apartments, handling work orders, and responding to on-call emergencies while delivering excellent resident service. Benefits include insurance, vacation, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks including making ready apartments (punching and painting).
• Experience with work order tickets and on-call maintenance emergencies.
• Criminal background and drug testing required.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Brandon/Riverview, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
• Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
• Running work order tickets
• On-call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle
• EPA Certification is beneficial.
• Criminal background and drug test required
