Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a team member for our Traveling Cap team in Orlando, Florida. The role requires a general knowledge of apartment maintenance and hands-on ability to complete turnover work in vacant units, including painting and maintenance tasks.

You will support community projects such as electrical, HVAC, carpentry, door hardware, painting, landscaping and other repairs as needed. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required for this position.

• A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
• Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint, clean, maintenance items, etc.).
• Be able to assist in special projects that are needed at a community. For example: electrical, HVAC, carpentry, key & lock, painting, landscaping, roofing, glass/window screen repair & replacement, appliance repair, etc.
