Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED required.
• 5–7 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deploys within the region to multiple properties, supervising maintenance staff.
• Oversees repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Performs or assigns carpentry tasks such as door installation and repairs; drywall or plaster repair and painting.
