Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• 5–7 years of supervision or leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deploys within the region to multiple properties and supervises maintenance staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment, HVAC, and related systems.
• Oversees carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed; ensures quality and safety.
• Interacts with contractors and vendors; writes specs and secures bids.
• Trains and develops maintenance staff and supervisors across sites.
• May travel up to 90% to support business needs.
