Job summary

gpac is assisting a national General Contractor in identifying an experienced Traveling Superintendent for luxury and high-end retail/interiors projects across the country.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, with a background in luxury or national retail construction, and the ability to travel nationwide while overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Strong background in luxury retail, high-end retail, tenant improvement, or national retail construction.
• Experience running projects from preconstruction/mobilization through turnover.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, safety, and day-to-day field operations.
• Comfortable traveling nationwide for projects.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with occupied spaces, malls, flagship stores, or fast-track buildouts is a plus.
