Job summary

Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program with an active North Dakota LPN license; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain North Dakota LPN licensure.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of Long Term Care experience (6 months preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for licensure in ND.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of RN/physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document responses and care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
