Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bismarck, ND is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.

Candidates must have 3 months LT care experience (6 months preferred), graduate from an accredited LPN program, hold an active ND LPN license, be at least 18, and meet state CEU requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN; associate degree preferred.
• Must have an unencumbered LPN license and North Dakota licensure requirements.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• CEU and competency training requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document outcomes.
