Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN across multiple Benedictine communities in the upper Midwest region. This role requires travel to assigned facilities and interaction with residents and team members.

You must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license, be able to read, write and communicate in English, and be prepared for clinical duties and data collection.

Qualifications

• Initial data collection on all residents.
• Use Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN Float travels within Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care under RN supervision at Benedictine communities.
• Travel to multiple facilities within the designated Benedictine region as needed.
