Job summary

Benedictine Living Communities is seeking a flexible LPN (Float) to travel among Benedictine facilities within the region, delivering quality nursing care under RN supervision. You will collect initial resident data and apply Relationship Based Care principles to meet diverse resident needs.

Must hold a current WI LPN license, be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and bring clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
