Job summary

Benedictine seeks a float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to travel among our communities in the region and provide quality care under the supervision of an RN. You will collect initial resident data and support care plans across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Initial data collection on all residents.
• Use Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN float travels within Benedictine region as required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial data collection on residents.
• Provide nursing care under RN supervision across Benedictine facilities.
• Travel to designated Benedictine communities within the region.
