Job summary

The LPN (Float) at Benedictine Living travels among Benedictine communities to provide quality care under RN supervision. You will respond to residents' needs across multiple facilities within the region, bringing empathy and strong clinical judgment to every interaction.

This role requires current LPN licensure, good standing, and ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Clinical experience is preferred to support a seamless, patient-centered care experience.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial data collection on all residents.
• Apply Relationship Based Care principles in daily duties.
• Travel within Benedictine region to provide care at designated facilities.
