Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an LPN (Float) to provide quality care across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. The role requires travel to facilities and collaboration with a dedicated team of associates and residents under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include initial data collection, applying Relationship Based Care principles, and delivering care within the Benedictine region as needed. Must hold a current LPN license and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within Benedictine region to provide care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care under the supervision of an RN across Benedictine facilities.
• Perform initial data collection on residents.
• Apply Relationship Based Care principles during duties.
• Travel to designated Benedictine communities as required.
