FullShift Staffing is seeking an LPN in Montana to provide nursing care within the scope of practice and according to physician orders and center policies.

The role includes administering medications/treatments timely, educating patients and families, and coordinating with other departments. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and some management experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; management experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care within scope of practice per standards and orders.
• Administers medications and treatments timely per facility policy.
• Conducts patient education and family education as needed.
• Participates in quality improvement and infection control procedures.
• Notifies departments of patient changes and coordinates care with physicians.
• Makes rounds with physicians when required.
