Centurion Health seeks a Nights Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. The LPN will travel between facilities in Indiana, delivering holistic care to incarcerated patients under supervision.

The role requires an active Indiana LPN license, night shift availability, and willingness to travel within the state; benefits and full-time status are offered to eligible travelers.

Formación

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Indiana.
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs under RN and medical/psychiatric staff supervision.

We are currently seeking a full-time Nights Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Eagle (Travel team) LPN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the state of Indiana, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Indiana
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BSL
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
