Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Lead Multifamily Superintendent for a travelling role on large garden-style/duplex projects. You will lead onsite operations, manage staff and subcontractors, and ensure schedule adherence and budget control across multi-site developments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Garden/Podium wrap builds, plus knowledge of cast-in-place and precast garages. Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills are required, with travel to project sites

Qualifications

8+ years leading Garden or Podium Wrap type projects from start to completion.
Cast-in-place and precast garage construction experience preferred.
Proven ability to run large sites with on-budget, on-schedule delivery and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage daily onsite operations including project staff and subcontractors.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities to meet schedule and budget.
Negotiate changes with subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate project activities with company personnel and review status reports.
Provide technical guidance, problem solving, and risk management.
Attend status meetings and support estimating/bid during procurement; travel as required.
