Qualifications

• 5-7 years of electrical construction experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrate a team-player mentality, ability to lead and mentor Helpers and Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit using measuring devices and hand tools.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, panel boards, brand circuit and feeder conductors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of circuiting and read project drawings.
• Lay out small areas of work from electrical drawings, including underground layout.
• Determine wire, conduit, and junction box sizing; troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits.
• Lead and mentor Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
