Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time Janitorial Crew Members in the United States. The role involves cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and spaces across client sites, with shifts including days and nights and some weekends.

Travel within a multi-state radius is possible, and driver’s license is required. Starting pay is $18.02 per hour, with benefits eligibility for part-time under 30 hours per week and opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete or hardwood.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals (English, may include Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g. gym floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Extract carpet using carpet extractor.
• Wash windows and clean restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
• Notify managers about major repairs or safety needs.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning duties.
