Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for a full-time, permanent Janitorial Crew Member. You will work in a fast-paced environment to help ensure safe, clean workplaces. Schedule includes 1st and 2nd shifts with varying days and weekends; starting pay is $18 per hour.

The role includes cleaning floors, carpets, windows, and restrooms, plus occasional driving to sites across several states. Benefits are available after eligibility and include a 401k, medical insurance, and quick pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood.
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Ability to work nights/days and weekends.
• Present and maintain valid driver license.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions in English (Spanish where required by state).

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish floor surfaces (e.g., gym floors).
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets; extract carpet.
• Wash windows and fixtures; dust furniture and equipment.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms; replenish supplies as needed.
• Be available for driving between sites within several states; support crew as needed.
