Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings to join our Janitorial Crew Member. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping make an impact on safety in the workplace, then this is the job for you!

Starting Pay is $20.0 per hour. Work Schedule includes days/nights and weekends. Position may require extensive driving within several states and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood.
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; may include Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors and sanitize.
• Scrub and burnish various floor surfaces.
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Wash windows and exterior surfaces.
• Move and restock supplies; service restrooms.
