Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Technician to install, configure, and support workstations for a large healthcare client.

This role involves imaging hardware, deploying devices, and integrating them into the network to ensure Go-Live readiness. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with workstation imaging, strong customer service, and the ability to travel daily across Long Island, NYC, and Westchester.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with workstation imaging and hardware/software installation.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Long Island, NYC, and Westchester.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites across Long Island, NYC, and Westchester to deploy hardware.
• Image, configure, and deploy workstations per SOPs.
• Install and integrate desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Perform EPIC EMR testing for Go-Live readiness.
• Maintain documentation and inventory records.
• Provide post-installation support and seek client sign-off.
• Collaborate with end users to meet expectations.
