Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of machines at customer locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.

Customer Training: Train customer personnel on machine operation, service, and preventative maintenance, empowering them to maximize machine performance.

Technical Service & Recommendations: Perform technical checks on machinery and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations.

Travel & Flexibility: Travel extensively across North America (about 75% of the time) to service customer sites, helping build strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

What You Bring

Experience: While experience in polymer and plastics processing is preferred, it’s not required. What matters most is your passion for technology and problem-solving.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of HMI, drives, and microprocessor programmable controllers is a plus.

Engineering Background: Experience in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering is highly preferred, but we’re also open to candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.
