Description:

We are hiring a Traveling Field Technician as a Full-time employee in our Colorado Region. This position will require up to 100% travel within and outside of the local market. Pay for the Traveling Field Technician role starts at $19.00/hour. The successful candidate will be hard-working and eager to learn the various trades our company offers to our customers. The ideal candidate will be competent using technology, able to work independently, excel in customer service and be a strong communicator. No previous experience needed but must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of an energetic team.

As a Traveling Field Technician with TradePosted, you will travel to customer locations to perform maintenance services such as Beverage Equipment Services, HVAC Coil Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and General Maintenance. Other responsibilities may or may not include site supervision, furniture removal and installation, commercial painting, and other region specific responsibilities.

Traveling Field Technician Job Requirements:

• No specific certifications or minimum education requirements for this role.
• To operate a company vehicle, you must be at least 25 years of . (Insurance purposes)
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License subject to continuous review.
• Must be able to lift and carryup-to75 pounds repeatedly.
• Must meet background check and drug test requirements.
• Must be able to work independently and be self motivated.
• Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights including climbing ladders.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA.
• Overnight/out of town travel. (Up to 100% based on company needs)
• Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time.
• Must be able to take on new tasks not outlined in job description based on needs of the company.
  

Traveling Field Technician Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a schedule of work ensuring assigned work is completed on time.
• Prioritize customer needs and balance workload.
• Responsible for maintaining a company vehicle and a driver safety score over 90%.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment and organization of vehicles and Warehouses.
  
• Responsible for technology (phone/tablet) to access our customer & company platforms.
• Work independently with remote supervision.
• Integrity we expect our technicians to always act with integrity.
• Responsible for building good report with customers and giving A+ customer service.
• Responsible for checking in with manager on a weekly basis.
• A typical work week will require 40 50 hours.
  

Traveling Field Technician Experience:

• HVAC Basic Services

• Our positions require additional travel to a variety of locations throughout the country. We pay all travel and lodging expenses as well as a generous $59 per Diem per travel day when away from your home.
