Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to travel and provide repair, maintenance, and support for industrial refrigeration equipment across key accounts in North America.

A strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls is required. The role follows a 10-day tour schedule with 50-60 hours per week, and compensation ranges from $30–$60 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; HVAC tech school preferred.
• Universal EPA certification or ability to obtain it.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Clean drug screening and safety-focused requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment for food/beverage and cold storage clients.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and compressors across industrial systems.
• Adhere to safety policies and proactive maintenance practices.
