Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for major customers. The role requires knowledge of commercial/industrial refrigeration and electrical controls, with extensive hands-on experience.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($30-$60/hour) and a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for professional growth and training within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant refrigeration experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Must have knowledge of controls and electrical systems (high/low voltage).
• EPA universal certification required; RETA 1 or 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment for key accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Inspect and service screw and reciprocal compressors and associated control systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
