Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a traveling Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for customers across North America. The role requires knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems and a willingness to travel on a 10-day tour schedule.

The position offers a 50–60 hour work week, emphasis on safety, EPA certification, and opportunities for career advancement within a fully in-house, end-to-end service model.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R or electrical schooling preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience required.
• Travel required to support customers.
• EPA universal certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment for customers.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems.
• Troubleshoot compressors and control systems (electrical).
• Adhere to safety policies and job site requirements.
