Job summary

OASIS Alignment Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Rochester, NH with travel to the Northeast. You will install, repair, and align large industrial equipment, diagnose issues, and perform preventative maintenance across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, millwright, machinery repair or related experience.
• Technical school, apprenticeship, military mechanical training, or trade certification.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Basic rigging or machinery moving experience.
• Mechanical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Self-driven, dependable work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and alignment-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and machinery inspections.
• Execute precision mechanical alignments and adjustments.
• Support equipment installations and plant shutdown projects.
• Work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions.
• Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
• Learn advanced alignment and metrology technologies used by top manufacturers.
• Each project presents a new challenge and environment to expand expertise.
