You will work on field and office operations, learning how drawings, schedules, and purchasing come together to build projects. Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree in construction-related field and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required.
• Experience in basic field operations and office coordination is helpful.
• Strong organization and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in field and office operations.
• Coordinate shop drawings with design teams and stakeholders.
• Support estimating, quantity takeoffs, and material procurement.
• Monitor materials and equipment inventory at the site and track deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and invoicing processes.
