Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required, preferably in construction related field.
• Ability to assume responsibility and interface with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawings and provide office/field support.
• Assist estimating and quantity take-off activities.
• Purchase necessary materials and maintain inventory at project site.
• Monitor project schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Assist in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
• Support supervision as directed by the project team.
