Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and codes compliance.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and change orders.
