Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for industrial construction projects.
• Prepare scope, budgets, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification with clients.
• Define resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, owner-contracted entities, A/E firms, and internal stakeholders on jobsites.
• Provide regular financial reporting and cash flow forecasting to the customer.
• Direct the project delivery team and track progress and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for project threats.
