Job summary

ARCO National Construction seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead hyperscale projects across the United States. You will drive on-site execution from post-award to completion, lead subcontractors, and partner with the project manager to ensure schedules, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent, with at least 3 years in hyperscale projects.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and jobsite execution throughout all phases of hyperscale construction projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and direct teams to resolve conflicts.
• Attend post‑award review meetings and assist in preconstruction planning.
• Develop construction schedule with project manager including manpower and equipment needs.
• Oversee project to ensure work meets specifications, stays on schedule, and meets profitability targets.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain project timeline.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and key documents.
• Maintain communication with project manager about progress, plans, and issues.
• Complete daily reports documenting key project details and events.
• Enforce safety program adherence across all project phases.
• Lead with integrity and uphold company values to exceed client expectations.
