Traveling Hydrovac Operator

Based in Lincoln, Nebraska | Travel Throughout Neighboring States

Full-Time | Travel Required | Overtime & Weekend Availability

Wage: $32.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)| FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

National Hydro-Excavation Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Traveling Hydrovac Operator to join our expanding team. If you're experienced in non-destructive excavation and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment to safely excavate, trench, and remove debris
• Ensuring work is completed on time and in compliance with safety standards
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
• Travel regularly to job sites across Nebraska and neighboring states
• Work in varying outdoor conditions with occasional long hours and weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior hydrovac or heavy equipment operation preferred
• Licensing: Valid CDL with clean driving record - REQUIRED
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tough weather conditions, and perform manual labor
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adjust to changing job sites
