Your Impact

Pearce is seeking experienced traveling HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing HVAC package units up to 5 tons located on Cell Phone Tower Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the HVAC Telecom industry. This is up to a 100% travel position-candidates must be able to travel for up to three weeks at a time.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required) .
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Physical / Work Environment

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with FCC / FAA / EPA / OSHA Standards.

• This is up to a 100% travel position-travel will be required for up to three weeks at a time with $50.00 / night per diem when traveling , especially during busy summer months.
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
• Extensive daily travel with an independent work structure.
• Driving to remote work sites as needed.
• Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• May need to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Compensation : $30.00-$38.00 hourly / DOE
