Job summary

Quantum Industrial Services is seeking a Traveling HVAC & Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial projects across multiple states. You will supervise installation, manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and daily execution while coordinating with Project Managers and field teams.

Travel extensively to data centers, semiconductor facilities, and mission-critical environments. Strong leadership, reading drawings, and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/sheet metal field leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC and sheet metal field operations.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Manage installation activities to meet schedule and project requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Support milestones, turnover, and closeout.
