Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings seeks a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to oversee on-site safety procedures, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response across projects nationwide. Travel across the United States is required, including nights and weekends as needed.

The role supports operations by communicating and enforcing HSE programs, leading meetings and trainings, and conducting new hire orientations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• A valid driver license for the type of vehicles you may drive.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
