Michels Energy Holdings is seeking an Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to perform site visits, audits, investigations, and emergency response. The role supports operations with HSE program compliance through meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations, and requires travel across the United States.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and innovation, with opportunities to influence safety culture and participate in a comprehensive benefits program for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role, and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Experience in building substations preferred.
• Valid driver license for the vehicle types driven and acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States.
• Flexible and varied work schedule including nights and weekends.
• 30 days on, 10 days off rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs via meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
