Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Director of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across assigned hotels, including recruiting, onboarding, training and compliance, while supporting transitions for new properties.

Travel is required up to 100% and you will guide general managers and staff to align with guest service and business objectives, ensuring payroll accuracy and benefits administration across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or HR certification.
• Experience as HR Manager/Director in a hotel.
• Experience processing payroll.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws.
• Ability to manage transitions and travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure efficient HR operations at assigned hotels.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training and compliance across properties.
• Administer associates relations programs and performance reviews.
• Oversee wages, benefits and payroll accuracy for staff.
• Coordinate transition activities for new acquisitions and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
