Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Traveling Field Service Representative to inspect and service products at designated hospitals and medical centers. You will maintain inventory, support hospital staff, and collaborate with drivers and sales teams to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include traveling to UPMC CHAUTAUQUA, HAMOT, and COLE locations, performing inspections, and maintaining professional relationships with staff.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems and PPE.
• Proven longevity with employers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned UPMC locations to service Daniels Health products.
• Maintain inventory levels at location and department levels.
• Provide first-line customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with hospital staff and Daniels teams to ensure proper waste segregation and container exchanges.
• Operate in patient care areas with professionalism and care.
