Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on construction trade experience.
• Hospital/healthcare construction experience.
• Experience implementing hospital construction containment/ICRA controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Implement construction containment per hospital requirements.
• Communicate execution plan with team and client before work.
• Track RFIs and support schedule updates with the Project Manager.
