Job summary

Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Lube Technician/Field Maintenance Technician in Ogden, UT to deliver efficient, clean, and on-time preventative maintenance services for CAT and non-CAT equipment in the field.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and customer-focused service. Responsibilities include PM service execution, fluid and filter changes, tool use, and coordination with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Lube Technician working on CAT or Non-CAT Heavy Equipment.
• Must provide own tools to perform services.
• Must have or be willing to obtain MSHA certification.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Services on heavy construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM Services on CAT and non-CAT equipment in the field.
• Change compartment fluids, filters, and related items.
• Work swing shift; overtime/weekends as needed.
• Drive safely and communicate with customers via phone and other tech.
• Perform electronic inspections and order parts as required.
