Job summary

BRANDENBURG INDUSTRIAL SVC CO in the United States seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate skid steers, loaders, excavators and related gear across multiple sites.

This full-time role requires up to 95% travel, a HS diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of equipment experience or apprenticeship with a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Hourly pay ranges from $26.52 to $39.50 with a benefits package per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of equipment operating experience or apprenticeship.
• Safety-minded and able to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators etc.)
• Disassemble buildings and structures using biter bucket
• Excavate and grade dirt, fill debris
• Load and unload materials from platforms or trailers
• Install or remove loader attachments
• Coordinate to use heavy equipment for material separation
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication
• Climb onto, into and out of equipment safely
• Work on uneven surfaces with agility
• Maintain PPE compliance and weather readiness
• Follow Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
• Ensure regular and predictable performance
