Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years' experience operating equipment or apprenticeship.
• Safety minded and reliable.
• Ability to work in varying weather and PTO safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators).
• Use bucket attachments to disassemble buildings & structures.
• Excavate and grade dirt, fill debris.
• Unload/load materials from platforms or trailers.
• Install or remove loader attachments.
• Coordinate use of heavy equipment to separate materials.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
• Climb onto/into equipment and move safely on uneven surfaces.
• Work in personal protective equipment throughout shift.
• Comply with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
