Job summary

Spiniello Companies is seeking hardworking Laborers to join our field crews for pipeline rehabilitation and underground utility work. You will support day-to-day construction tasks, including excavation, material handling, site preparation, and equipment setup on active jobsites.

Starting rate is $36/hour and varies with experience. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in physical work, follows directions, and wants to build a lasting career in specialty underground construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor construction/manual labor
• Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation and digging of trenches, load/unload materials and equipment
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and demolition tasks
• Clean and maintain the site, set up/remove scaffolding, ladders, barricades
• Assist with installing materials and help measure, cut, shape as directed
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, report hazards to supervisors
• Operate basic construction tools and machinery, assist with heavy equipment transport
• Move materials between job sites and support project timelines
