Job summary

Daniels Health seeks a Lead Field Service Representative at Intermountain clinic locations. The role involves inspecting and servicing products in assigned hospitals, maintaining inventory, and delivering first-line customer service.

You will work daily with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff to service each hospital. Responsibilities include rotating between sites, tracking shifts, keeping the staging area tidy, and communicating with nurses and EVS managers about needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead experience required.
• Warehouse/Labor-intensive experience (repetitive lifting) preferred.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights.
• Willingness to pass drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation to multiple Hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to service sites across 5 hospitals.
• Backfill for field service reps; check in with EVS staff.
• Check in/out of shifts using time tracking software.
• Inspect and service containers per Daily Service Schedule.
• Exchange containers and transport full containers to storage area.
• Maintain neat staging area and ensure equipment is working.
• Communicate with supervisors and nurses on service needs.
• Lead/assist with customer installs and training as needed.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull palletized items up to 300 lbs.
