Qualifications

• Strong background in hospital and healthcare construction.
• Experience in implementing hospital construction containment / ICRA controls.
• Proficient in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite operations; coordinate subcontractors and logistics in active hospital environments.
• Implement and maintain containment per hospital/ICRA requirements.
• Manage changes and support change-order requests based on scope changes.
