KHI Medical seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead major healthcare renovation projects in active hospital environments. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedule, and ensure compliance with hospital containment and infection-control standards.

This role requires hands-on MEP coordination, blueprint interpretation, RFIs management, and a willingness to travel up to 75% to project sites. Strong communication and field documentation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years as construction superintendent.
• 5+ years hands-on construction trade experience.
• Hospital/healthcare construction experience.
• MEP coordination on commercial projects.
• Experience implementing hospital construction containment/ICRA controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead day‑to‑day onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics in occupied hospital areas.
• Implement and maintain containment per hospital/ICRA requirements (barriers, negative air, HEPA) and document inspections.
• Review architectural/structural/MEP drawings and communicate execution plans to team and client.
• Plan and sequence MEP work, tie-ins, and shutdowns with subs; resolve field clashes.
• Track RFIs, field coordination, and schedule updates; coordinate with Project Manager to maintain milestones.
• Manage changes per hospital standards; identify scope changes and support change-orders.
• Provide daily progress updates and maintain logs, photos, and field records.
• Utilize construction mgmt tools to organize documentation and collaboration.
