Job summary

Jobot in Utah seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across FSED, MOB, imaging and clinical spaces. You will oversee scope, schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects and engineers and supervising on-site teams.

Travel to project sites is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare construction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within healthcare construction.
• Experience with FSED, MOB, imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations and ground-up projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment and OSHA safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects including FSED, MOB, imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations and ground-up projects.
• Define project scope, develop schedules and budgets; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction professionals to establish project plans.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction team members, contractors and laborers.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain up-to-date documentation and meetings.
